9. Color and Photo Differences

8. Preorders, Holds, Reserved Items, and Special Orders
Preorders, holds, reserved items, sourced items, special orders, custom requests, and limited-availability items are final once placed, except where required by law.
Once Artfully Wicked begins sourcing, reserving, preparing, holding, packing, or processing an item, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, changed, or transferred.

Once the customer approves a proof, mockup, design, sample, or order detail, Artfully Wicked is not responsible for errors that were visible or included at the time of approval.
Failure to respond to an approval request may delay the order. Artfully Wicked is not responsible for delays caused by customer response time.
10. Handmade, Curated, and Unique Nature
Made-to-order, custom, curated, or specially prepared items may not be identical to previous examples, photos, mockups, or reference images.
Reference photos may be used to show general style, theme, size, color family, or concept, but the final product may vary.
These variations are part of made-to-order and custom work and do not create a right to return, refund, exchange, cancel, or dispute the order.
11. No Guarantee of Exact Match
Artfully Wicked does not guarantee an exact match to a reference photo, inspiration photo, color sample, screen image, previous product, brand color, team color, card image, jersey shade, helmet finish, or customer-provided example unless specifically agreed in writing.
Screen colors, lighting, camera settings, material differences, supplier variation, and production methods can affect the final appearance.
12. Sourced, Requested, or Reserved Items
If Artfully Wicked sources, reserves, holds, purchases, sets aside, or requests an item specifically for a customer, that item is final sale.
The customer may not cancel the order because they changed their mind, found another item, no longer need the item, dislike the market value, or expected a different result.
13. Custom Bundles and Curated Orders
Custom bundles, curated orders, styled sets, collectible groupings, card lots, clothing sets, accessory sets, memorabilia sets, or other customer-requested combinations are final sale.
Customers may not return, exchange, cancel, or dispute part of a custom bundle because they prefer one item over another.
14. Payment Requirement
Made-to-order items must be paid in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

15. Deposits
If Artfully Wicked allows a deposit for a made-to-order item, the deposit is non-refundable once Artfully Wicked begins sourcing, reserving, purchasing, preparing, designing, customizing, or producing the item, except where required by law.
If the customer fails to pay the remaining balance by the agreed deadline, the order may be canceled and any non-refundable deposit may be forfeited to cover time, materials, sourcing, preparation, and lost sale opportunity, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16. Rush Orders
Rush processing may be available at Artfully Wicked’s discretion.
Rush fees, if charged, are non-refundable once work begins.
Rush processing does not guarantee carrier delivery times unless specifically stated in writing and supported by the selected carrier service.
17. Shipping Made-to-Order Items
Once a made-to-order item is completed and accepted by the shipping carrier, Artfully Wicked is not responsible for carrier loss, theft, damage, delay, misdelivery, missing scans, routing issues, or packages marked delivered but not received, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Shipping insurance is required to protect your purchase.

18. Listing Errors and Material Differences
If a customer believes there is a material issue with the order or that they received an item materially different from the listing, they must contact Artfully Wicked within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and order details.
Artfully Wicked will review the claim and compare it with the original listing, order records, product photos, packing documentation, and available evidence.
This section does not create a general return, refund, exchange, cancellation, or replacement policy. All sales remain final except where required by law.
19. Customer Agreement

5. Marketplace Sales Channels
Artfully Wicked may sell products through multiple sales channels, including but not limited to:

In-person events
Card shows
Vendor markets
Pop-up events

References to companies such as PSA, Beckett, JSA, SGC, CGC, TAG, Fanatics, Upper Deck, Panini, Topps, or other third-party services are for identification and product-description purposes only.
10. Sports Teams, Athletes, and League References
Products sold by Artfully Wicked may reference sports teams, athletes, leagues, events, seasons, logos, jerseys, helmets, card sets, or related sports properties.
All team names, player names, league names, logos, uniforms, mascots, designs, trademarks, and related marks belong to their respective owners.

15. Product Availability Across Channels

If a customer resells an item purchased from Artfully Wicked, the customer is responsible for their own product descriptions, photos, pricing, taxes, shipping, buyer communications, platform compliance, claims, disputes, refunds, returns, and business obligations.
Artfully Wicked is not responsible for the customer’s resale outcome, buyer disputes, marketplace issues, profit, loss, pricing decisions, or resale platform requirements.
