If you interact with Artfully Wicked at an event or in any other way, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a purchase. These terms are designed to clearly explain our policies, protect our business, and help customers understand
their responsibilities before placing an order.

Artfully Wicked is a woman-owned business based in North Carolina offering a curated selection of clothing, clothing accessories, sports trading cards, sports helmets, jerseys, memorabilia, collectibles, and other unique items. All purchases made through our website, social media, in-person events, direct sales, card shows, local pickup, or any other sales channel are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not place an order.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Artfully Wicked does not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, buyer’s remorse returns, accidental-purchase cancellations, duplicate-order cancellations, sizing-change returns, or “changed my mind” requests.

Once an order is placed, the sale is considered final and binding, except where required by law.

This applies regardless of reason, including but not limited to:

  • Customer changed their mind

  • Customer ordered the wrong item

  • Customer entered the wrong address

  • Customer misunderstood the listing

  • Customer found the item cheaper elsewhere

  • Customer no longer needs the item

  • Customer purchased by mistake

  • Customer’s child, family member, friend, or another person placed the order

  • Customer experienced financial hardship after purchase

  • Customer expected a different size, grade, color, condition, value, player, team, style, or variation

  • Customer failed to read the description, photos, measurements, title, condition notes, or policy language before purchasing

By purchasing, the customer agrees that the transaction is final once submitted.

2. Sold As Is Policy

All items sold by Artfully Wicked are sold as is, as described, as listed, and as shown in the product listing at the time of purchase.

The customer is responsible for reviewing all available photos, product descriptions, condition notes, sizing details, measurements, titles, item specifics, and any listed imperfections before completing checkout.

Artfully Wicked makes every reasonable effort to describe items accurately. However, many products may include normal signs of handling, storage, age, manufacturing differences, print variations, surface marks, packaging wear, factory defects, stitching variations, card centering issues, corner wear, edge wear, scuffs, creases, scratches, surface marks, display wear, or other collectible-related characteristics.

For collectibles, trading cards, memorabilia, helmets, jerseys, clothing, and accessories, condition may be subjective. By purchasing, the customer acknowledges that minor imperfections, variations, or differences may exist and do not qualify for a refund, return, exchange, cancellation, or replacement.

3. What You See Listed Is What You Receive

The customer agrees to purchase the product as listed.

Product photos, descriptions, item titles, and condition notes are part of the listing and should be reviewed carefully before purchase.

Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, the customer will receive the exact item shown or the item described in the listing. If a listing includes multiple quantity availability, the customer may receive an item of the same type, style, category, or comparable condition as represented in the listing.

Artfully Wicked is not responsible for assumptions made by the customer that are not specifically stated in the listing.

Any stands, props, holders, mannequins, display cases, decorations, or background items shown in photos are not included unless clearly stated in the product listing.

4. No Cancellation Policy

Artfully Wicked has a strict no cancellation policy.

Orders cannot be canceled after checkout is completed, except where required by law. This applies even if the order has not yet shipped, even if a shipping label has not yet been created, and even if the customer contacts us immediately after placing the order.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the order, confirmed the item, agreed to the price, verified their shipping information, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

5. Customer Responsibility to Verify Information

The customer is fully responsible for verifying all order information before submitting payment, including:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Billing address

  • Shipping address

  • Apartment, unit, or suite number

  • ZIP code

  • Selected product

  • Quantity

  • Size

  • Color

  • Condition

  • Price

  • Shipping method

  • Insurance selection

  • Payment information

  • Any other checkout details

Artfully Wicked is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, misdelivered, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or invalid customer information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, failure to pick up, forwarding issue, or customer error, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges, handling costs, carrier fees, address correction fees, insurance costs, or reshipment costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Questions Must Be Asked Before Purchase

Customers are encouraged to ask any product questions before purchasing. Once an order is placed, the purchase is final except where required by law.

Artfully Wicked is not responsible for assumptions made by the customer regarding size, fit, condition, authenticity, value, color, material, manufacturer, player, team, age, rarity, grading potential, resale potential, or any detail not specifically guaranteed in the product listing.

Failure to ask questions before purchasing does not create a right to cancel, return, exchange, refund, or dispute the transaction.

7. Final Sale Acknowledgment

By completing checkout, the customer acknowledges that they are entering into a final sale transaction.

The customer agrees that they have had the opportunity to review the product listing, photos, title, description, price, shipping method, insurance option, and all checkout information before purchase.

The customer further agrees that failure to read the listing, misunderstanding the listing, overlooking condition notes, failing to ask questions before purchasing, or later deciding the item is no longer wanted does not create a right to cancel, return, exchange, refund, or dispute the transaction.

8. Shipping Insurance Requirement

Customers are required to purchase shipping insurance or ensure their selected shipping method includes adequate insurance coverage for the full value of their purchase.

Shipping carriers can lose, damage, delay, mishandle, or misdeliver packages. Once an order is shipped and accepted by the carrier, Artfully Wicked is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, theft, damage, misdelivery, scanning errors, weather delays, routing errors, or delivery issues outside our control, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If a package is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit, the customer must follow the carrier’s claim process and provide all required documentation. Artfully Wicked may assist with claim documentation when reasonably possible, but Artfully Wicked is not responsible for replacing or refunding items when the customer declines, fails to purchase, or does not have sufficient shipping insurance, except where required by law.

Shipping insurance is required to protect your purchase. If you decline, fail to purchase, or fail to obtain sufficient insurance coverage, you accept the risk of loss, theft, damage, delay, or carrier issue after shipment to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Delivery, Tracking, and Carrier Responsibility

Once tracking shows that an item has been shipped, accepted, scanned, in transit, out for delivery, delivered, delayed, held, returned, or otherwise processed by the carrier, the carrier is responsible for the package’s movement and delivery.

Artfully Wicked is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Porch theft

  • Misdelivered packages

  • Incorrect delivery scans

  • Weather delays

  • Holiday delays

  • Routing delays

  • Packages marked delivered but not received

  • Packages returned due to customer error

  • Damage caused during transit

  • Carrier failure outside our control

If tracking shows “delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled by Artfully Wicked to the fullest extent permitted by law. Customers should contact the carrier, local post office, delivery provider, neighbors, building office, apartment office, or local authorities for missing delivered packages.

10. Package Theft and Secure Delivery Location

Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.

Artfully Wicked is not responsible for porch theft, mailbox theft, apartment-office errors, shared-mailroom issues, building access issues, packages taken after delivery, or packages marked delivered by the carrier but not found by the customer.

Customers should ship to a secure address, workplace, PO Box where allowed, carrier pickup location, or request signature and insurance options when available.

11. Signature Confirmation

Artfully Wicked reserves the right to require signature confirmation for certain orders, high-value items, suspicious orders, replacement shipments, or orders shipping to addresses with delivery-risk concerns.

If signature confirmation is required, the customer is responsible for being available to receive the package or arranging pickup with the carrier.

12. Risk of Loss After Shipment

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to, accepted by, or scanned by the shipping carrier, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Shipping insurance is required to protect the customer’s purchase. If the customer fails to obtain sufficient insurance coverage, the customer accepts the risk of loss, damage, delay, or carrier issue after shipment to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Damaged Packages

Customers must inspect packages immediately upon delivery.

If a package arrives damaged, the customer must retain:

  • The item

  • All packaging

  • Shipping box

  • Labels

  • Mailers

  • Bubble wrap

  • Packing materials

  • Photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Any carrier documentation

Failure to keep packaging may result in denial of a shipping insurance claim. Damage caused by the carrier must be handled through the carrier’s insurance claim process.

Artfully Wicked is not responsible for carrier damage when the package was properly shipped and handed over to the carrier, except where required by law.

14. Evidence Preservation for Claims

Customers must preserve all evidence related to shipping damage, missing contents, delivery issues, or disputed condition.

This includes the product, packaging, mailer, box, label, filler, wrapping, photos, videos, and any carrier notice.

Failure to preserve evidence may prevent Artfully Wicked or the customer from filing a successful claim.

15. Defective or Incorrect Item Claims

If a customer believes they received the wrong item or there is a material issue with the order, they must contact Artfully Wicked within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and the concern.

Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Artfully Wicked reserves the right to review the claim and determine whether the item materially differs from the original listing.

This policy does not create a general return, refund, exchange, or cancellation policy. All items remain final sale except where required by law.

16. Missing Item Claims

If a customer claims an item is missing from an order, they must contact Artfully Wicked within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package, packing materials, shipping label, and all contents received.

Artfully Wicked may compare the claim against order records, photos, weight records, shipping label data, packing notes, carrier information, and packing documentation.

17. Order Packing Documentation

Artfully Wicked may photograph, video, weigh, or otherwise document orders before shipment for quality control, insurance, fraud prevention, and dispute protection.

This documentation may be used in the event of a shipping claim, customer claim, payment dispute, chargeback, platform review, or legal issue.

18. Processing Times and Shipping Estimates

Processing times and shipping estimates are estimates only unless specifically guaranteed in writing.

Artfully Wicked makes reasonable efforts to ship orders in a timely manner. However, delays may occur due to inventory handling, order volume, weather, carrier delays, holidays, supplier issues, event schedules, technical problems, payment review, fraud review, or circumstances outside our control.

Nothing in this section limits any customer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, including federal rules for internet orders.

If Artfully Wicked cannot ship within the stated timeframe, or within the required timeframe if no shipping timeframe is stated, Artfully Wicked will follow applicable law regarding delay notices, customer consent, cancellation, or refund of unshipped merchandise.

19. Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, returned to sender, unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned due to incorrect customer information, the customer remains responsible for the original purchase and all related shipping costs, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Returned packages do not automatically create a right to cancel the order or receive a refund.

If Artfully Wicked chooses to reship the order, the customer is responsible for all additional shipping, insurance, handling, address correction, or carrier fees before reshipment.

20. Abandoned Orders

If a customer fails to respond to necessary order questions, address verification, pickup scheduling, shipping payment requests, fraud checks, or other required information, the order may be considered abandoned after 30 days.

Abandoned orders may be canceled, restocked, resold, or handled at Artfully Wicked’s discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

21. Product Condition and Collectible Value

Artfully Wicked does not guarantee future value, resale value, grading results, authentication outcomes, market trends, investment performance, collector demand, or appreciation of any product.

Sports cards, memorabilia, helmets, jerseys, clothing, accessories, and collectibles can change in value at any time. Market value is subjective and may vary by buyer, platform, season, player performance, condition, authenticity opinions, grading company, and demand.

Unless expressly stated in writing, Artfully Wicked does not guarantee that any item will grade a certain way, sell for a certain amount, increase in value, or be accepted by any third-party grading, authentication, or resale service.

22. No Investment, Resale, or Profit Guarantee

Products sold by Artfully Wicked are sold as consumer goods, collectibles, clothing, accessories, sports items, or memorabilia. They are not sold as investments.

Artfully Wicked does not guarantee that any item will increase in value, hold value, resell for a profit, attract buyer demand, grade higher, authenticate differently, or perform financially in any marketplace.

Any resale decision is made solely by the customer.

23. Market Value Changes

Market prices for sports cards, memorabilia, collectibles, clothing, accessories, helmets, jerseys, and related items can change at any time.

A price drop, market correction, player injury, team change, grading-population change, auction result, marketplace trend, or comparable-sale change after purchase does not qualify for a refund, cancellation, price adjustment, return, or partial credit.

24. Trading Cards, Graded Cards, and Memorabilia

Trading cards and memorabilia are sold as collectibles. Customers are responsible for reviewing photos and descriptions before purchase.

For raw cards, Artfully Wicked does not guarantee grade, centering, surface condition, corners, edges, print quality, factory quality, or future grading results.

For graded cards, Artfully Wicked relies on the label and holder as provided by the grading company. Artfully Wicked is not responsible for grading company opinions, population report changes, slab condition changes after shipment, market changes, label errors, or third-party database changes.

For signed items, jerseys, helmets, and memorabilia, any available authentication information will be included. Unless specifically stated, Artfully Wicked does not independently guarantee third-party authentication or future authentication results.

25. Authentication and Third-Party Opinions

Artfully Wicked may sell items that include third-party grading, authentication, certification, or labeling. Any such grading, authentication, or certification is the opinion of the third-party company that issued it.

Artfully Wicked is not responsible for changes in third-party opinions, population reports, registry data, market values, authentication standards, grading standards, label design, slab design, certification lookups, or future resale results.

Unless specifically stated in the product listing, Artfully Wicked does not independently authenticate, grade, appraise, or guarantee the future acceptance of any item by a third-party grading, authentication, or resale service.

26. Used, Vintage, Pre-Owned, and Collector Condition Items

Some items sold by Artfully Wicked may be used, vintage, pre-owned, handled, displayed, opened, factory-sealed, previously owned, or collector-grade items.

These items may show normal signs of wear, storage, age, handling, production variation, packaging wear, label wear, scuffing, scratching, fading, loose threads, creasing, edge wear, surface marks, dust, minor odor, box wear, sticker residue, print lines, manufacturer defects, or other imperfections.

These characteristics are part of buying pre-owned, collectible, vintage, sports, card, memorabilia, clothing, and accessory items and do not qualify for returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or discounts after purchase.

27. Clothing and Clothing Accessories

Clothing and clothing accessories are sold as listed and as described. Customers are responsible for reviewing size, measurements, fit notes, photos, color, condition, and item details before purchase.

Due to differences in screens, lighting, photography, fabric, manufacturing, and personal fit preference, colors and appearance may vary slightly from photos. These variations do not qualify for refunds, exchanges, returns, or cancellations.

Artfully Wicked is not responsible if an item does not fit the way the customer expected.

28. Measurements, Sizing, and Fit

Customers are responsible for reviewing all size charts, measurements, product descriptions, colors, and garment details before purchasing.

Clothing is sold as is. Returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations will not be accepted due to sizing issues, fit preference, color preference, buyer’s remorse, or failure to review the size chart before purchase.

29. Color, Lighting, and Photo Display Differences

Artfully Wicked makes reasonable efforts to show products clearly and accurately. However, product colors, textures, finishes, and details may appear differently due to lighting, camera settings, editing, screen brightness, device settings, monitor differences, and natural product variation.

Color differences or appearance differences between a product photo and a customer’s device screen do not qualify for return, refund, cancellation, exchange, or discount.

30. Handmade, Customized, Curated, or One-of-a-Kind Items

Some items may be handmade, customized, curated, limited, sourced individually, bundled, or one of a kind. These items may contain natural variation or minor differences from standard retail products.

Such differences do not make the item defective and do not qualify for return, refund, exchange, cancellation, or replacement.

31. Custom Requests and Customer-Supplied Information

If a customer provides information for a custom, personalized, bundled, requested, or specially sourced item, the customer is responsible for ensuring all details are accurate before purchase.

Artfully Wicked is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect customer-provided names, spelling, sizing, colors, addresses, product requests, preferences, or instructions.

32. Special Orders and Sourced Items

Special-order, sourced, requested, limited, reserved, or custom-purchased items are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once Artfully Wicked begins sourcing, purchasing, holding, preparing, or reserving the item, except where required by law.

33. Bundles, Lots, Sets, and Multi-Item Purchases

For bundles, lots, sets, or multi-item purchases, the purchase is sold as one complete transaction unless otherwise stated.

Customers may not return, exchange, cancel, or dispute only part of a bundle because they prefer one item over another.

The customer is responsible for reviewing all included items before purchase.

34. Product Safety and Use

Customers are responsible for using all products safely and appropriately.

Clothing, accessories, helmets, jerseys, memorabilia, display items, collectibles, and trading cards are not intended for unsafe use, misuse, rough handling, unauthorized modification, or use outside their ordinary purpose.

Sports helmets, memorabilia helmets, decorative helmets, or collectible helmets sold by Artfully Wicked should not be assumed to be certified for protective athletic use unless specifically stated in the listing.

35. Packaging Variations

Artfully Wicked may use new, recycled, branded, unbranded, protective, or repurposed packaging materials as appropriate.

Packaging style may vary and does not affect the final sale nature of the product.

36. Pricing, Errors, and Availability

Artfully Wicked reserves the right to correct pricing errors, listing errors, inventory errors, typographical errors, photo errors, description errors, shipping errors, discount errors, or website errors at any time.

If an item is listed incorrectly due to human error, technical error, platform error, pricing error, or inventory issue, Artfully Wicked reserves the right to cancel or decline the order before shipment and issue a refund where required.

Product availability is not guaranteed until the order is accepted and fulfilled. Items may sell out, become unavailable, be removed, or be discontinued at any time.

37. Typographical and Listing Mistakes

Artfully Wicked reserves the right to correct any listing mistake, typographical error, pricing error, product description error, inventory error, image mismatch, shipping calculation error, discount code error, or technical issue.

If a listing contains an obvious error, Artfully Wicked may cancel or correct the order before fulfillment where permitted by law.

38. Inventory Availability Across Sales Channels

Artfully Wicked may sell products through multiple channels, including the website, in-person events, card shows, social media, direct sales, and other platforms.

Because inventory may be limited or one of a kind, an item may become unavailable even after an order is placed. If this occurs, Artfully Wicked may cancel and refund the unavailable item where required.

39. Event Pricing and Online Pricing

Prices may vary between website sales, in-person events, card shows, social media sales, promotions, and special offers.

Artfully Wicked is not required to match past prices, future prices, event prices, online prices, sale prices, bundle prices, or negotiated prices.

Price adjustments are not offered after purchase.

40. Discounts, Coupons, and Promotions

Discount codes, coupons, promotional offers, sale pricing, free shipping offers, and special deals are valid only during the stated promotional period and only under the stated terms.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after an order is placed. Promotions cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

Artfully Wicked reserves the right to modify, cancel, refuse, or end any promotion at any time.

41. Taxes, Duties, and Fees

Customers are responsible for all applicable sales tax, use tax, import duties, customs fees, tariffs, brokerage fees, carrier fees, address correction fees, return-to-sender fees, payment processor fees, and any other charges related to their order.

Artfully Wicked is not responsible for fees charged by government agencies, customs authorities, carriers, payment processors, banks, or third-party services.

42. Local Pickup and In-Person Event Sales

All in-person purchases, local pickup purchases, card show purchases, event purchases, cash purchases, mobile payment purchases, and direct sales are final.

Customers are responsible for inspecting items before leaving the pickup location, event table, booth, or sales location.

Once the customer takes possession of the item, the sale is final.

Artfully Wicked is not responsible for damage, loss, theft, mishandling, or condition changes after the customer takes possession of the item.

43. Preorders, Holds, and Reserved Items

If Artfully Wicked offers preorders, holds, deposits, layaway, or reserved items, those purchases are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Deposits, holds, and reservation payments are non-refundable unless Artfully Wicked is unable to provide the item or a refund is required by law.

A customer’s failure to complete payment by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of the hold and forfeiture of any non-refundable deposit where permitted by law.

44. Minimum Purchase and Quantity Limits

Artfully Wicked reserves the right to set minimum purchase amounts, maximum quantity limits, household limits, customer limits, event limits, or product limits at any time.

Orders that violate quantity limits or appear to manipulate purchasing restrictions may be canceled where permitted by law.

45. Resale and Commercial Purchase Notice

Customers who purchase items for resale are solely responsible for their own pricing, taxes, licensing, business compliance, product descriptions, claims, shipping, customer service, marketplace rules, and resale outcomes.

Artfully Wicked is not responsible for any customer’s resale performance, profit, loss, buyer disputes, platform disputes, chargebacks, or business decisions after purchase.

46. Personal Use of Purchased Items

Purchasing a physical product gives the customer ownership of that physical item only after payment is completed and accepted.

A purchase does not give the customer the right to use Artfully Wicked’s name, branding, photos, listing content, artwork, website copy, or business identity for commercial purposes.

If a customer resells a purchased item, they may not imply they are affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or partnered with Artfully Wicked unless written permission is given.

47. Payment Authorization and Ownership Transfer

All products remain the property of Artfully Wicked until payment is fully completed, cleared, and accepted.

If a payment is reversed, disputed, declined, charged back, flagged as fraudulent, or otherwise not completed, Artfully Wicked reserves the right to cancel the order, withhold shipment, recover the item, pursue collection, or take any lawful action available.

Ownership of a purchased physical item transfers only after payment is successfully completed and the item is released to the customer or shipping carrier.

48. Order Refusal and Fraud Prevention

Artfully Wicked reserves the right to refuse, cancel, hold, or review any order suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment use, suspicious activity, chargeback risk, reseller abuse, policy abuse, address mismatch, payment mismatch, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Additional verification may be requested before shipment. Failure to provide requested verification may result in order cancellation where appropriate.

49. Fraud, Abuse, and Policy Misuse

Artfully Wicked reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized payment use, resale abuse, address manipulation, suspicious activity, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.

Orders may be canceled at our discretion if billing, shipping, payment, customer communication, or order activity cannot be verified.

50. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers must contact Artfully Wicked directly regarding any order issue before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, bank claim, or platform dispute.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the item description, photos, condition notes, pricing, shipping terms, return policy, final sale terms, and all Terms & Conditions listed on this website.

Artfully Wicked reserves the right to submit all relevant order information to the payment processor, bank, credit card company, or platform handling the dispute, including but not limited to order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, product photos, website policies, communication history, and proof of fulfillment.

False claims, unauthorized chargebacks, abusive disputes, or payment disputes filed in bad faith may result in refusal of future service, order cancellation, account restriction, and any additional remedies available by law.

51. Limited Remedies

To the fullest extent permitted by law, if Artfully Wicked is found responsible for an issue with an order, the customer’s sole remedy shall be limited to one of the following, at Artfully Wicked’s discretion:

  • Refund of the affected item

  • Replacement if available

  • Store credit if offered

  • Another remedy required by law

Artfully Wicked is not responsible for emotional distress, inconvenience, lost profits, lost resale opportunities, travel expenses, event expenses, time spent, third-party fees, or indirect damages related to a purchase.

52. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Artfully Wicked is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business-related damages arising from a purchase, website use, shipping issue, product use, resale attempt, market value change, delivery issue, delay, customer misunderstanding, or third-party service issue.

Artfully Wicked’s maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product at issue, excluding shipping, taxes, fees, insurance, and third-party charges, unless otherwise required by law.

53. Attorney’s Fees and Collection Costs

54. Communication Policy

Customers agree to communicate respectfully with Artfully Wicked.

Harassing, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or hostile communication may result in refusal of service, cancellation where permitted, blocked communication, reporting to the appropriate platform, or legal action where necessary.
